Why Antler Rings Cannot Be Resized
Deer antler inlay rings — like all inlay rings — are crafted with the antler permanently set into the metal band. Attempting to resize the band would destroy the antler inlay. This is not a policy limitation; it is a physical limitation of the craft.
For this reason, we strongly encourage every customer to verify their ring size before ordering. Use our ring sizing guide or order a custom ring sizer for $10 from Jewelry by Johan.
How to Start a Return (RGA Process)
To return an item, you must first obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Returns sent without an RGA number cannot be accepted.

Condition Requirements
Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all original packaging. Engraved items and custom-made items (including trophy antler rings made from customer-supplied antler) are not eligible for return.
Custom & Trophy Antler Orders
Rings crafted from customer-supplied trophy antler are not eligible for return or exchange as they are one-of-a-kind pieces made to order using the customer's own materials.
